Front Frame Section (ART-240R-L) Driver Side

Description Our ART-240R-L repairs the driver side on the 2000-2006 Toyota Tundra Reg Cab front frame starting at the control arm cross member and ends 6 inches after the transmission cross member mounts, and the total length of this part is 38.625. This part will cap the frame from underneath and will need to be welded to the upper most part of the original frame. We’ve designed this part to be installed 2 different ways depending on the condition of the metal around and behind the front cab mount. If the metal around the front cab mount is still intact and strong, this part can be notched around the cab mount using relief cuts designed into the part. Or it can be installed to replace the metal behind the front cab mount. The ART-240R-L comes with a new sway bar mount designed to replace the original, and must be welded to the ART-240 using measurements of original mount location. The ART-240 does NOT come with a new sway bar mount bushing or hardware. The ART-240 is CNC cut from 11 gage steel and is assembled and welded by our AWS certified welders in our Cranston, RI Facility. All SafeTCap® frame repair kits are design copyrighted!
