Description Our ART-241D SafeTCap® frame repair kit was designed fit on the 1st gen 2000-2006 Toyota Tundra Double cab 4dr. The ART-241D is made from 11ga steel and is 52.25″ long and fits over your original frame from the outside starting 11″ after the transmission cross member. This part can be used to repair and replace rusted areas of the center frame under the cab and should be welded onto the original frame at the forward and rear ends as well as the top of the frame. This part will also come with an 11ga inner frame support plate to be used on the inner side of the frame to strengthen the repair.
