This harness was size medium. It wasn’t really posted, but I rolled the dice and got really lucky. I’m 5’10” 190 lbs and it fits well. This thing comes with all the bells and whistles. Absolutely fantastic harness.I had been wearing an $80 guardian that was too small, which I think resulted in me getting a severe back injury at work that laid me up for 6 months. My back is still a little iffy, so I decided my back and life was worth more than $80.This harness is very comfortable. I have full range of motion, which, as a carpenter bending over to get material and wearing 50 lbs of gear, means less chance of putting my body in an awkward position and yanking my back out again. I love how it hugs the upper back so it doesn’t feel like a full diaper hanging off your body. I forget my leg straps are even on half the time, and I can fully reach my toes. After wearing it for a few days, my lower back has significantly stopped hurting.I also like how my Oxydentals fit on the belt. They dont bunch up like on a guardian. They do sit a little further back though, but the pros greatly outway the cons. You owe it to yourself to get a good harness if your company is too cheap to care about your comfort and safety.
