I have owned these 2 years and I have been very pleased with the quality of these forks. They are heavy weight at 63 grams (2.25 oz). They have not rusted and remain shiny & attractive. I love the slim sturdy handles and the balance is fine. Forks disappear at our home for unknown reasons, and I have purchased several different brands/designs over the years. These are the best and I am placing my second order!
