I had to double check to verify the this was indeed a Mopar part, and not a cheap knockoff. First off, the packaging was okay, but did not prevent one side of the rails from being rubbed to the point that the powder coat was scuffed. I faced that side down, so no biggie. As others have said, the product is missing two bolts, and you are not likely to find these in your local hardware store. Even the instructions, though they depict a total of 14 bolts installed, only show 12x in the bill of materials, referred to variously as part D and/or part F in the diagrams. Missing are the two 6mm Hex head bolts referenced in part 4 of the instructions, also confusingly referred to as part D. If you can get by all of the errors and still maintain a positive attitude, keep reading. I was able to locally source two hex-drive flanged button-head 6mmx30 bolts and washers that stood in for the missing parts. I used these in the center of the bed-front rail, since I figured it would get the least use, but I am really not worried about the strength or integrity of the installation. If you have the spray in bed liner, definitely invest in a 6mm-1.00 tap and chase out all the holes well before attempting installation. My hardware store had the tap for $4.99. Next problem was the two hex-shaped nut-serts in the rear of the bed. In spite of cleaning the bedliner from the hex-shaped holes, I still had to pound the nut-serts in with a nylon hammer. Of course, when attempting to torque the bolt to expand the nut-sert, the darn things (yes, happened to both) rotated in the hole. That would have been the disastrous end of the project had I not had a SmittyBilt Nut-sert Installation Tool, which barely fit in the close quarters, but expanded the nut-serts perfectly and allowed me to finish a very neat installation. Finished product gets 5 starts for looks and functionality, one star docked for poorly proofread instructions and missing hardware.
