The instructions were simple and it’s definitely cut down in bugs and gnats. If using the TurfBuilder EdgeProtect Mini (this one is the most popular seed spreader at many stores) then I suggest a 3-4 setting depending on the severity of the pests you are treating. The instructions say overtreating can simply repel pests which won’t allow the granules to work as intended. This also helps with fleas and ticks, so we treated the whole yard (you can do 4-5 feet from foundation if treating a particular house pest like ants, etc).
