The product box when it came in was a bit banged up, but the contents are in no way damaged. I found the assembly easy enough to build it within five minutes. I can see how other users found it a bit confusing, but if you follow the instructions, you shouldn’t have any problems whatsoever. I read other reviews before I bought it, saying it’s a bit hard to push this sweeper. Yes and no! Yes it would be hard to push if your grass is taller than 4 inches, if the brush height is not correctly adjusted or your yard is poorly leveled (lots of bumps and dips). No, it is not hard to push as you can see on my video, if you correctly adjusted the height according to your grass height or condition of your ground. This product will not collect all leaves in one pass just like any other sweeper. I made two passes to completely collect all leaves. Keep it in mind that you’ll still need to rake corners and sides, dragging the leaves into a lane just a couple of inches away just enough for the sweeper to reach. First pass I made, the sweeper height was adjusted to a mid-high setting allowing it to sweep thick heap of leaves. You can see it in my first photo that there are leaves left as a result of high sweeper setting. That when I made the second pass with a low setting (brush almost touching the ground, but not completely). Having a low setting with not-so-few leaves left on the lawn will allow you to push the sweeper easier. I noticed that whenever there’s a bump(or dip) on the ground, that’s when it’s hard to push as a result of the brush having larger area contact against the ground. You can see how clean my yard is (on the 3rd photo) compared to my neighbor’s. (More leaves were falling at the time the photo was taken) The bag was huge enough to collect atleast half-a-trash bag (compacted by foot). I use a small plastic rake to push the leaves towards the back of the bag just to help collect more leaves. The only part that I would change in this product that I would change is thicker wheels for more contact against the ground, the wheels slip whenever there’s a wet grass spot. All in all I’ll give this product a 4.7 stars out of five just because of the thin wheels. Would I recommend it? Yes, if most of your yard equipments are gas powered, this thing will save you gas money. If most of your yard equipments are battery powered, yes, maybe, or just get a vacuum/mulcher of the same brand of what you have to use the same battery type.
