We hadn’t cleaned our lawn since last year (thanks to Florida’s unusual weather), and the amount of leaves covering our grass was overwhelming. I was absolutely not about to rake or blow all of that, it’s exhausting and back-breaking work. So I went looking for an easier alternative and found this leaf sweeper. For the price, it is absolutely worth it. I had so many leaves that I filled four garbage cans before I even finished the entire yard. The photos I’m posting are not of a completely finished lawn, I had to stop and wait for trash day to empty the cans! What I love: Super easy to use, you literally just push it like you’re vacuuming your lawn. Lightweight and simple to maneuver. Adjustable height settings. The collection bag is easy to remove and dump. A few things to know: If your yard is uneven (we have small hills), you’ll have to maneuver it a bit over those areas. You may need to go over some spots more than once, especially if you have a heavy layer of leaves. If you push it too fast and rollover acorns or small rocks, they can shoot out, I got hit in the face a couple of times. I recommend wearing eye protection just in case. The wheels and brushes can get clogged with sticks and twigs, so it helps to clear larger debris beforehand. Overall, I’m so glad I bought it. It made a huge difference and saved so much effort. Even my child loved using it and didn’t want to stop, it actually made yard work fun and something we could do together. Definitely recommend!
