Active Exhaust Valves or Valve Simulators. This Borla Exhaust System is available with either replacement Active Exhaust Valves or Valve Simulators. The replacement Borla Active Exhaust Valves replace the OEM valves and plugs directly into the factory harness to operate just like stock. The Valve Simulator option does not include valves, so the exhaust is always open and at its loudest. The included “valve simulators” plug into the factory harness to trick the system to think the valves are still in place, therefore avoiding a check engine light.
