Worked perfectly for my turbo Tacoma 3.4l project. I replaced the stock oil pressure sensor which was broken with this adapter, and used it to feed oil to the turbo. I was using a generic sandwich plate before which leaked like crazy. This adapter does not leak a drop of oil and threaded in perfectly to both the block and the npt to -4an adapter.
