This product came in two Amazon boxes, like Russian nesting dolls. Despite that, the pump was broken clean off the container because it was originally screwed to the container and the smaller cardboard box was just big enough for the item to move around during transit.I don’t think there would’ve been damage if the pump had come unscrewed from the container to begin with, maybe light scratches.No problems at all with the product though, they sent a replacement right away (which also had the pump screwed on) and I love the way it looks in my bathroom, fancies up the place. It has a nice weight and feel to it as well.
