AIRTEC Motorsport Auxilliary Radiator for Toyota Yaris GR Gen 1

Description Following an extensive development process, AIRTEC Motorsport proudly introduced its auxiliary radiator and turbo cooler kits aimed at modified Yaris GR owners who require the ultimate cooling package to maintain steady running temperatures during track or fast road use. When increasing power and torque levels, additional heat becomes a major challenge for the cooling system. During sustained hard driving, coolant and oil temperatures can rise significantly, which may trigger safety features and reduce performance. To address this, AIRTEC developed a complete cooling solution designed to improve the car’s overall cooling capacity and maintain stable operating temperatures. This auxiliary radiator is designed to fit neatly behind the fog light area (fog light removal required) and uses laser-cut aluminium ducting to channel cold air through the radiator, with hot air exiting via the inner arch liner. The radiator is plumbed directly into the existing oil/water heat exchanger system to increase cooling efficiency and allow the engine to maintain a steady temperature for longer under hard use. The kit is compatible with AIRTEC intercooler and oil cooler combinations to create a complete high-performance cooling package and includes laser-cut powder-coated brackets, high-quality Pro Hoses silicone lines, all required fixtures and fittings, and detailed installation instructions.
